HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE ?

We do our utmost to ensure every order is dispatched as quickly as possible, however some of our products are made to order and will come with longer lead times than others (please check the notes in the product description for more detail). If you have ordered multiple items, the order will be dispatched once all items are ready to be sent. Please check the description of the item you are ordering as this will let you know what lead time to expect.

Please allow approximately seven working days for shipping unless otherwise stated.

 

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE ?

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please notify us at thejoiecollection@gmail.com within 10 working days stating your name, order number and the item you wish to return.

We are happy to exchange any purchases in full provided that the goods are returned unused in their original packaging. Please note we cannot exchange or return custom made items. 

You are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

COURIER CHARGES

We charge a flat courier rate at R99.

Orders that exceed R950 will qualify for free shipping within South Africa.

We try our absolute best to keep transport costs down, and cover a portion of the transport fee to help keep transport costs to a minimum. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping: Please email thejoiecollection@gmail.com for international shipping together with a list of the products you would like and we will get back to you with a quote.

HOW DO I USE MY PROMO CODE ?

Simply add your desired items to cart, and follow the instructions to complete your purchase. You will be prompted to enter your promo code during the checkout process. Enter your valid code and the discount will automatically be applied to your cart. The discount will apply to  your cart items only, and not the shipping fee.

    If your code isn't working, please check the following:

    • Brand exclusions: Sometimes certain products are excluded from vouchers/promos.
    • Minimum spend: Some vouchers or promotions require a minimum spend in order to be redeemed.
    • Expiry date: Check the expiry date of the promotion to ensure your code is still valid.

     

     

    HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

    As soon as your order has been shipped we will email you with the details including tracking information. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to contact us with your order number and we will help you track your order.
