Returns & Refunds Policy


 

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please notify us at thejoiecollection@gmail.com within 10 working days stating your name, order number and the item you wish to return.

We are happy to exchange any purchases in full provided that the goods are returned unused in their original packaging. Please note we cannot exchange or return custom made items. 

We have a 10 working day return policy, which means you have 10 working days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. No returns will be accepted for any products that are not sufficiently packaged, regardless of the reason for return. 

Shipping fees are non refundable.  

Any shipping fees associated with making returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

If any returned items are damaged during return transit due to obvious insufficient packaging, you may not qualify for a refund / exchange.

To start a return, you can contact us at thejoiecollection@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and assist in resolving it. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed for the exact same item (i.e. same item in another colour or print) and/or an item of the exact same value. If you would like an item of a different value from the store, you will have to purchase this separately or wait until you have been refunded.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund to you.
